Are you ok with pets & pet hair?
Yes, most if not all of the team are big pet lovers, and we always do our best to match cleaner with client.
Will service continue when my cleaner is sick or on holidays?
Yes – because you are dealing with a cleaning agency we are able to provide back-up.
How can I pay and when?
Invoicing is once a month. We accept email money transfers or payment by cheque.
Bonded & insured?
We’ve got it covered. In the unforeseen event there was any kind of injury to a cleaner, Girls Gone Green Cleaning is fully covered and n0thing would come back on you as the home owner.
What if I forget it’s my cleaning day and my house is locked, key not provided, or I’ve set my security alarm?
In the event that this should happen and we are unable to complete your cleaning, we will reschedule and you will be billed a fee equal to one hour of cleaning at the rate specified in your contract for our time and trouble.
